Hi,

Can you please inform us your serial number of your license, this will be a 4 or 5 digit number, and let us know what operating system you are using. Windows Vista, XP, 32 bit or 64 bit.

Thank you.

Hi Johnno,

We also need to know the version you're running and under what circumstances the error appears.

Guys the machine where the CE software is loaded is running windows xp sp3, 32bit. the error only ocurs when you try to open the software.

Is this actually something to do with CE software itself?

Hi Johnno,

please go to CardExchange help tab, open the about dialog and send us the serial number and version that you're using.

Thanks in advance
With best regards

Hi Guys,

The issue here was with the card exchange itself. CarcExchange was uninstalled and re-installed but the application would still crash. After some troubleshooting by a friend of mine he found out that the usrath file in the data directory of the application was truncated to zero thus crashing the application and giving the memory buffer error. We then copied the usrath file from the backup and replaced the one on the data directory. All went OK, CardExchange is now working.

Best Regards

Johnno

Hi Johnno,

thanks for your help testing that feature, in fact that seems to be a bug. I already added it to our features list in order to be solved asap.
