Is there a way to copy a card design? I alraedy have a design and would like to take a 'copy' of it to modify it slightly without changing the original one.

On this moment there is no functionality that can copy the whole definition. You now need to simple make a copy of the CED file and link that when creating a new card definition, for example; card.ced to Copy of card.ced and then rename it.

This is functionality that is on our target list for future releases.
